The flows
- SOS. Countdown, family notification, and dispatch with location and household context.
- Crash. Detection, welfare check, and escalation into medical or recovery dispatch.
- Breakdown. Location, vehicle detail from the household record, and tow or roadside dispatch with an ETA.
- Offline fallback. Where connectivity fails, a screen of device-stored numbers. The worst moment is the wrong one to depend on a network call.
Cases route into the partner’s existing dispatch and provider network. Amanati is a front end to an assistance operation, not a replacement for one.
Commercial-free, absolutely
No offers, no upsell, no marketing data capture during an emergency or an open case. The concierge is silent.
Commercial follow-up becomes permissible only after the case is closed and the household has rated the service. This rule survives white-label deployment and is not configurable.
Honest on coverage
Out-of-city fulfilment, response times and coverage limits differ by market and by provider network, and they are published as they are. An assistance partner will test these claims within the first hour of a conversation, and overstating them is the fastest way to lose one.
Market service levels pending confirmation per deployment.
Map it to your dispatch.
The integration conversation is the useful one.
