You already own the moment a family is most grateful.

Roadside, medical, home and travel assistance put you at the centre of a household’s worst day. Amanati is how that becomes a daily relationship — and a second revenue line — without adding fulfilment cost.

  • Subscriber acquisition

Family safety is a reason to subscribe that does not depend on an incident. Location circles, safe zones and driving reports are used weekly; assistance is what happens when the week goes wrong.

  • Retention

A subscriber who opens the app on Tuesdays churns differently from one who remembers you once a year at renewal.

  • A distribution revenue line

The insurance engine monetises the household relationship you already hold, through your own insurer partners, without you becoming an insurer.

  • Your brand, your network

Federated deployment. Your brand fronts it, your dispatch and provider network fulfils it, your market configuration governs it.

It sits over your operation, not across it

The app is a digital front end to dispatch you already run. SOS, crash and breakdown flows route into your existing provider network and case management. Amanati does not replace your operational tooling and is not positioned against it.

For members of the International Assistance Group, the platform is deliberately complementary to existing network tools — a member-adopted capability rather than a network-wide replacement.

Honest on service levels

Out-of-city fulfilment, response times and coverage limits are published as they are, per market. Overstating assistance performance is the fastest way to lose an assistance partner, and the first thing your operations director will test.

An offline emergency fallback screen uses device-stored numbers when connectivity fails.

The federation pathway

Member-funded, network-enabled. A framework agreement at network level, order forms member by member.

  1. Anchor pilot

Maroc Assistance Internationale in Morocco, proving roadside integration, subscriber engagement and the insurance conversion mechanic in a single market.

  2. Member rollout

Members adopt under their own brands, configured to their markets, on their own commercial terms.

  3. Network scale

A federated platform across independent assistance companies, each holding its own subscribers and its own data position.

Bring your operations director.

The integration conversation is more useful than the pitch.
